Our booking service – managed by Resdiary (www.resdiary.com) – requires the number of a valid credit card to guarantee the reservation. We do not charge anything to that card and the information is only used to confirm the booking. However, if the guest is a no-show, a thirty euro (30€) charge per person will be applied to the card and a receipt for the amount charged to the card will be issued. No penalty is applied if the cancellation is made before noon (12 o’clock) of the day reserved. To cancel, guests should call 02-45476898 or send an email to the following address: email@example.com. The agreement is valid from the moment of our confirmation of the reservation. In the case of later modification of the date reserved, the final date is effective and the agreement operates under the same conditions. IYO uses a safe internet connection. IYO is not responsible for eventual losses of data or security failures on the platform belonging to third parties and used for the management of the reservation service.
